Here is my favorite Fall recipe to take to family or church get-togethers. It’s easy, super yummy & healthy!
Caramel Apple Salad
Ingredients: 4 medium sized apples, 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 cup mini marshmallows, 1 pkg sugar free butterscotch jell-o, 8 oz fat free cool whip
Chop apples into small, bite-sized pieces. Mix apples & all ingredients together (minus juice from crushed pineapple). Refrigerate & enjoy!
